I filed a case under domestic violence act against my in-laws last year.But no protection order was passed as the case could not reach its final decision as my husband came up with a compromise which was recorded and submitted in the court.Now again my in-laws has started torturing me can they be punished for breach of protection under DV act

If the compromise was recorded and the other side has not complied with it, you may file an execution seeking order from the court for execution of the compromise.

On the other hand, if there is a fresh or new cause of action, you may file another case under DV Act giving details of earlier case and compromise therein
