i had filed the case for rcr. but my wife is not coming on date, till what time i have to wait, can i file a seprate petition for divorce or rcr petition converted to divorce case?.can rcr and divorce petition run toghter?

you may file a separate petition for divorce and withdraw RCR on this ground. RCR and divorce cannot run together as both seeking contradictory reliefs.
