Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have already filed a case under section 498(2) and FIR also have been lauged on 8 august but till today there is no responce from any side police is not showing any kind of intrest, is there vany law that bound my husband to stay with me or not to divorce me as i am all alone and don't have any income source .i went to S.P office and he ordered to arrest my husband with in a week and on 15 sep police arrested him and with in 2 hours they took him to mazistrait and he got bail without informing me anything and without the recovery of my stridhan and police is not coprating with me the all have given lots of bucks from my husband side my case is getting weaker day by day coz i m nt financialy strong as my husband is this true money matters alot in the judit5ials if one is financialy strong he has the power to hold everything according to him ,my husband have no fear regarding this judgement coz he know he can threw money on law
