i have already filed a complaint against him in cybercrime cell 2years back and internal reportsestablished the offence, however when the concerned file moved to our local police station from cyber crime cell, they dumped the offence by writing in file that is a merge of dowry case which is already under proceeding, they do nt knw what is cybercrime, wt to do
