i have filed divorce case against my second husband. i am executive in PSU. i have a son from my first marriage.he stays with his father.i want to adopt a baby girl.can i go for adoption?

You may adopt a baby girl by following appropriate procedure.

you may not be able to adopt the girl unless your marital status is clear. in this situation, both, the husband and wife need to consent to adoption.
