Legal Question in Family Law in

i filed a divorce case in indore and my wife then after 15 days filed all the cases 498a, 125, & gharelu hinsa, this all happened in 2008 three months back she got a job in pune & she shifted to pune for the job with our 5 year old daughter. my question is?? is it possible that all the cases can be transfered to pune.

yes, the case can be transferred to Pune as she is residing there now.

The only thing I would like to add is that only the Hon'ble Supreme court has the power to transfer cases like this.
