Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have filed a divorce case against my wife in the month of August. My father comitted suicide because of the mental torturing done by my wife. My wife PHYSICALLY tortured me and my mother.I have a baby girl of 11 months. Am i get the custody of my daughter if i can prove the cruelty of my wife?

you cannot squarely blame ur wife for the suicide unless you have cogent proof of abetment and cruelty. however, for the same of your babygirl, settle the matter with her.
