Legal Question in Family Law in India

i filed a divorce on 3 march 2010.and my husband filed a custodian for my child on 2011 with false statements?when will the case ends? and how?.my child is 6 years old and iam taking care of him by educating,health etc.. and all of him with mothers kindness.my son even do not know his fathers face.how long this will be possible to end this custodian as well as divorce cases?pls.sir reply immediately.i was very depressed.
