Legal Question in Family Law in India

I filed for divorce in Set 2010 in Mumbai. The case is still going on. However, I have my own flat in B'lore and better job opportunities there. Can i close the case here or get it shifted to B'lore court. Cna i relocate in between the case..Is it a lengthy procedure to get this done. IF the case is shifted to B'lore the hearings will be in B'lore only right? I am mother of 2 yr old kid and his future also is better in b'lore

yes u can but u have to move an application before supreme court as u want transfer from one state to another

and that will take time

Yes you can do this by filing a transfer petition in Supreme Court of India.
