Legal Question in Family Law in India

I had filed for divorce a year back. Now finally my husband agreed on filing consent terms for divorce, maintanence and child custody. we have agreed on all the terms, but I have a doubt on one of the terms.

he says the child's name should never ever be changed in the future under any circumstance. Does this mean in case i remarry , the future partner cannot adopt the child. Will the name be an issue for adoption..

as per law, the child can have his mother s surname instead of father's surname.

The future husband is not suppose to adopt your child as he automatically becomes your child's step father.
