Legal Question in Family Law in India

I filed Domestic Violence case against Husband, his advocate is present in the court at the hearing but the husband is not present. Is there any law point on which we can enforce husband's presence in the court on the date of hearing.

in the absence of specific orders to appear, the lawyer can appear on behalf of the party.
