I have filed a dowry case against my husband and in-laws and I am about to attend my first counselling session tomorrow in woman cell. What is the process followed and what are the points I need to take care of.

Main thing which you have to see is if you want to save the marriage and thus save two families.

If yes, you may put in your terms for saving the marriage.

If no, then you may see what exactly you want for a peaceful seperation. for that also you may give your terms. As mr. Rajiv has very rightly pointed out, go with an open mind and see what is best for the mutual interest.
