I have filed a Dowry case against my In-laws and have a baby boy also with me.
The boy filed applied for anticipatory bail and after that during every hearing the lawyer of the boy asks for mediation but we were not reaching any settelement. Out of my gold Items the boy admitted some of them while he said that the rest of the items were taken by me. Whatever he admitted, he has given but for the rest of the Jewellery items which are still with are him worth Rs 2.5 lakhs.
We recently also filed a Domestic Violence Case to claim maintenance where I have requested that I should be given Rs. 15000 per month as starting.
Today in mediation the mediator told us that he has convinced the boy to give Rs. 1 lakh as the conditional value of the Jewellery and Rs. 2500 every month and on this basis he will be granted bail and case will go on.
My Questions are :--
1.) Shall I accept this as the Mediator told me that even if the case goes for Bail hearing the judge may give even lesser conditional value of the items and grant him bail and the chances are that the judge may grant him bail without any conditional values also.
2.) Shall I accept this Rs. 2500 per month offer as minimum towards my monthly maintenance or will it effect my Domestic Violence case which I have filed where I have asked for the maintenance as during my hearing for the maintenance case Judge may not fix any minimum amount for me as I would already be getting minimum wadges by that time. Also is Rs. 2500 a minimum per month for me and my baby boy as per law

You may agree for grant of boy's bail on his paying Rs.one lac for the gold items without agreeing for the maintenance amount which may be left to the discretion of the court;
