Legal Question in Family Law in India

I filed a Dowry and Domestic Voilence case against my in-laws and husband and they applied for an anticipatory bail the hearing for which is going on.

The question is that my brother is thinking of opening his own matrimonial business as he sees a lot of opportunity in this business. But my question is can his opening a matrimonial business can have any effect on any of my cases. Can he go ahead and open a Matrimonial Business or can that effect any of my cases in any way ??

no, there is no legal impediment in case he opens up a marriage bureau. your case would go on and there is no adverse effect on your case because of his business.
