Legal Question in Family Law in India

I filed Dowry harrasement case against my in-laws and husband and they applied fro an anticipatory bail in District court upon filing of FIR. My In-laws got the bail whereas my husband's bail got cancelled.

Now can he be arrested or it requires the written permission of DCP to arrest him as the Woman cell I/O assigned says that DCP permission needs to be taken before arresting a boy. Also will the I/O arrest the boy only after he received the court order. How much time it will take for the court order to reach I/O.

What are the next steps the boy can take and after how much time ??

He can get bail from High court or Supreme court. and if the case is not register then police cannnot arrest till the registration of FIR.

refusing the anticipatory bail does not ipso facto grant powers to the IO to arrest the boy in case the boy is joining the investigations. the permission of DCP is required to arrest the boy and you may apply for the same.
