Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have filed for dv case but husband is not accepting summoms ...protection officer went to his house but summons returned back to the court .......nw i have been told to send the summons through "dusti " what does this term means ......pls suggest even in this dusti nw will the protection officer go to give the summons .....pls telll and guide my husband is intentionally doing this to delay the proceedings

dusti summons mean that a process server from court would go and get them executed.
