I had filed hmop in my native to live togther with my wife but she went to her native and filed498a and yet i had not given her divorce but she had got judgement by exparty for maintenance and i had got ab for498a in highcourt shall i go for divorce now or how llong this 498a will go on and the trial for 498a will go on in hc or local court?

Instead of divorce, you should first concentrate on 498-A case. If possible, try to reach an amicable out of court settlement.
