Legal Question in Family Law in India

We have filed a mutual consent divorce in bangalore. Is there any case happend here in which the six months waiting period is waived off. I need to file my application for immigration to a foreign country. I am unable to proceed to my future plans

You have to wait for the statutory period of 6 months after the 1st motion to the 2 nd motion.
