Legal Question in Family Law in India
I had filed petition for divorce to my wife. After 2 years I found my advocates (District and High court) are working for my wife. They have attempted to rejected my petition. Also they have planned such a way that I will not have a chance to go Suprime court. Finally I agreed for compromise as there is no way for me to handle the situation comfortable.
Both my wife and me closed the main case in district court. But unable to close the case (Interim Allimony ) in high court immediately. The advocate in high court is not supporting me to close the case. My in-laws forcing me to consult advocate for closure the case.
Is it necessary to close the case in high court? What will happen if i will be late? Will court take action against me, if i will not close the case?
