Legal Question in Family Law in India

i filed a RCR in local court kanpur in feb2011, i am petitioner and respodent husband lives in rajasthan. how many months (maximum) takes usually to start the hearing, as till date we dont recieve any summons, we ahve no idea whether husband recieves summons or not.

Once your Husband is served and he receives the summons , the hearing would start immediately after this.

after the filing, your lawyer must have told you the next date of hearing. you may ask your lawyer to file the process fee.
