i have filed sec 498a and domestic violence case against my in laws and husband. husband is saying that he is ready to live in separate rented accomodation. Q]do living separately in a rented house with husband affect my residential rights in the shared houseold?
Q] how can i protect residential rights of mine and my son while living in separate accomodation? can i get it in writing from my in laws?

No you cannot write
But if court will decide your applicaiton of DVA to give you maintenanace then you can file such case or your son can claim and on behalf of your son you can claim share.
