If anyone files an application in the family court that his wife and child should come and co-habit along with him?

If he loses the case for any reason?

Which are the other Courts or other legal way he can go forward regarding the co-habit?

Can Family Court judgement be challenged?

Best way is to amicable settlement of the matter. Any decree/order of family court can be challenged by other party in appeal
