after filing adowry case if husband says that in future his behavior wil be fine and he is ready to live separately with wife and son is it safe to live in rented accomodation if wife has no trust left in husband?and how it wil effect the residential rights of wife in matrimonial home where her in-laws are staying?

If he made affidavit in court then it is safe coz in future if anything happens then he will be liable. But you have to see all the other aspects at your own level but it is safe as per law.

If you have no trust in your husband because of his past -conduct, you have to stay away particularly because this is after a dowry case.
