Legal Question in Family Law in India
After filing 498A,Dowry case in 2003, wife of my brother filed case under domestic violence act'2005, in 2012. In 498A case acquittal resulted in 2006.She lives in her father's house since filing case u/s. 498A, and she is an employed lady. Can court force us to give her residence in our father's house?

dear client if court thinks then can order of residence. fight her domestic petition on merit like she is employed and earning hence need not residential order. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
