Legal Question in Family Law in India

If after filing a dowry and domestic violence case husband gives in writing that he wil not misbehave in future and wants to live in a separate rented house with wife and son then:

q] how can wife protect her residential rights in matrimonial house while living in separate rented house with husband?

q2]in this situation how can wife protect the property or residential rights of her son specially when husband is paying instalments to dda for matrimonial house and other plot [both the properties stands in the name of my mother in law]

q3]can wife get anything in written for this purpose?

Yes, at the time of compromise, you may insist upon a family settlement transferring rights in one of the properties in joint names including your name as one of the owners.

or you can file a case on behalf of your son to claim those properties.
