I had fill a devorce case , the case of section 24 has been settaled , but, she demand me more money in her devorce case reply as dhara 25,she has not fill any sepret case of dhara 25, I want to know that can court give me order to give another mony to my wife. pls tell me..

once the divorce is decided, the court also decides the application u/s 25 for grant of permanent alimony. however, the chance of her getting good alimony depends on your case.
