I had filled the Rcr case, my wife refused to stay with me during counselling in court.whether her refusal is amount to mental cruelty. we are not living since last one and half year. secondly my wife is working and getting salary, whether she is entitle to interim maintenance?she has not sufficient ground to not to live with me
My wife is chartered Accountant and showing 10000pm salary in her income tax return.i m a bussinessman and i can easly manipulate my account.last year i show 180000p/a profit in my it return. should i show higher income or lower income this year?
