Legal Question in Family Law in India

I had filled the Rcr case, my wife refused to stay with me during counselling in court.whether her refusal is amount to mental cruelty. we are not living since last one and half year. secondly my wife is working and getting salary, whether she is entitle to interim maintenance?she has not sufficient ground to not to live with me

her refusal to join you back without a sufficient cause may disentitle her from claiming maintenance but this does not amount to mental cruelty. you may file a petition for divorce on the ground of desertion.
