Legal Question in Family Law in India

I had filled the Rcr One year before the counseling has done but she denied to living with me.in next month there will be two years of Desertaion .

my questions are

1)Should i pray the court to grant me divorce as she refused to stay with me in front of Hoble Judge in my Rcr petition

2)Next Month Two years will complete for separation, should i withdraw Rcr and file divorce on the ground of desertation and mental curelty.

Please help me

Yes you can file divorce on the ground of separation.
