s relations with other woman, then you can file a case in Indian court of law for decree of nullity. you wont even have to take divorce from him.

If you want this investigation to be done in India, it can be done throug a lawyer - by appointing a private investigator. And you can collet all information and evidence and file appropriate case - including declaration of nullity of marriage, and you may also prosecute the concerned man under the criminal law.

This reply Assumes that the querist and her husband are hindus. Where was the marriage performed ( solemnized?) In India or US?. Was the Marriage registered? If the husband lives with another woman as his wife, it is necessary to investigate and have proof of such a illegal marriage ( polygamy) to file both criminal complaint for arrest of the husband and also to petition for divorce. Detective work can be undertaken in India with inputs such as Pasport copy/ number and various addresses of the husband and his relatives such as his parents etc.

The entire process can be completed in about 45 days time and thereafter legal action for arrest of husband/ divorce can be taken.

The man's details could be found provided you have certain basic details, such as, copy of his passport, photograph, residential or other address in India.

The investigation can be done by an attorney/advocate through a private detective.

Necessary legal action may be taken after ascertaining the details.

Yours is more of a social than a legal problem, and also it would be appropriate if you can give the details of your marriage, the customs adopted and since how many years you have been married and what is the exact relief you need. Inspite of lack of information, i can opine that during the subsistense of a valid legal marriage, if your husband is with an other woman, then you can make out good grounds for Decree of Divorce or for Nullification of your marriage as he had concealed material information.

You are obsessing over a man that obviously is a man of low character.

Stop investigating him and start investigating what you must do to get him out of your life ASAP.

See a lawyer for divorce and annulment consultation; and investigate your liability, if any, re your husband's immigration application or status.
