Fir 498&406 register again me so i need first anticipatory to file divorce case or without taking bail i can file divorce.They havent file the charge sheet yet.My father & mother taken the AB Well me & my family goes underground in the month may 2010.Because iamfed up of my wife i was staying seprately frommy parents in ludhiana& my parents in amritsar.They sale there house& move to delhi by taking along to me from ludhiana.After that my inlwas file fir against meof 498&406 fir regisr in 2010 june month.After any how she mange to find me & discuss matter with me.and make agree to me come to amritsar & we will sort out evry thing.But when reach amritsar her family member around 14 peoples & we rthree prsn only my fthr & mom and my self they insulted a lot cant explain.My fther inlaw insult me a lot i beg him also that this thing not happen again.They keep two bets in front my family & me that if u want to take ur wife back u must deposit 2 lakh rupees i name of my daughetr meansmy daughter not there.After that when evr u buy new house half of the house on name of my wife only then they allow to take my wife back.They kept me in there house as asecurity my mthr & fthr cma eback to delhi to arrange funds.When they came back to amritsar they write all these things on stamp paper of 60rs & in punjabi by pressuring us they take down thumb impression & sign of my bhua,fthr mthgr & my self.When i toild them to get cancel now the fir they say first take house inname of my duahgtr aftr that will cancel.My fthr depost 1lakh in name of my daughtr & my wife is nominee ans that FD i lying with my father inlaw we have pay bahut badi kimat sirf underground honi ki kyuki jab kabhi bhi uske father ko boleo ki aap ki daughtr k behave accha nahi hai to woh kata tha proof karo aur agr kuch bhi kaha to police complain kardoonga tumhare khilaff aur ter maa baap ke khilaff bhi.Now i plan to take divorce is thgis right step to take aftr faced so many problems from last 16 months.His father misused his duty evry time by threting us.Plz suggest to me wat todo./Divorce in this matter or wat is the better way to get out of this.Iam always in tension i cannot concentrate on my work.Plz suggest if divorce on what ground i can file divorce?

try for mutual consent divorce, if they don't agree then file a petition for divorce on ground of cruelty
