Regarding FIR

Sir, I want to file an FIR against my in-laws and husband. My husband has filed a divorce case the proceedings are on in Tis hazari. I am living with my parents for the last 1 year. I have also filed a dva ACT AS ADVISED by my lawyer and the hearing wud be on 2/7/09. I approached the WOMEN CELL nanakpura some 15 days bk and yesterday was the first hearing ..my husband did not show-up. The IO told me that they cannot arrest my hubby. We will have 2 wait for two more hearings. All my istridhan and jewellery, furniture is at their house. I want strict legal action to be taken againts them. Please advise how can we expediate the process. I am earning 30k per month. I have also filed the case of maintenance where my hubby has filed divorce. please advise?what are the chances of divorce..i do not want divorce

There are some grounds of Divorce. first plz send me your detail. Secondly you can directly file a compliant for dowry and harassment in the court u/s 156(3).

You may end up spoiling all chances of restoring your marriage in the event you decide to pursue for FIR, which would be lodged anyway after the conciliation proceedings fail before the CW Cell. You should try to patch up if you want the divorce petition of your husband to fail.
