Re: I am forced to take divorce from my husband
You should immediately write all the incidents of hurt/abuse by your husband and in-laws in chronoligical order - date wise and place wise - and send to local police. get a case under sections 406/498-A registered against your husband and all those who had tortured you.
You may also go to the court under DVA for emotional, physical and economic violence.
The law is in your favour. It will depend upon you how far you can protect yourself.
