Legal Question in Family Law in India

We come across a Fraud Jain Family (Vipin Jain, Mohit Jain, Peeyush Jain, Ashish Jain) residing at Indira Colony Muzaffarnagar, who first suppress the actual facts and on forged details, got married to Aggarwal girl.

Just after marriage they applied for her passport for reasons best known to them, then Mother in Law and Father in Law, applied for anticipatory bails, for unknown reasons, they not stopping here oust the aggarwal girl for one plea or the other, filed case & arranged search warrants, then arranged murder of one unknown person and falsely charged to Aggarwal's family for murder, fighting and threatenings. Newspapers cuttings are available.

Now Aggarwal family propose a defamation suit against Jain family. Please suggest about the same.
