Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello frds. i hav apld rcr in lucknow court. husband is not receiving summons thrice.now published in local newspaper. he is from kanpur, sbop bank. i want to go back to hubby's home. he is not interested. if he will not recieve summons, can court send me to hubby's home without his will?

Yes you can go and join your husband once the Court grants you the ex-parte order of rcr.

more over there are other means also by which you can join your husband. But for that you have to consult a Lawyer. For that matter of fact feel free in consulting.
