hello Frdzz and seniors, here i present my brother's problm, as his anticipatory bail is pending in chennai highcourt. his wife put many allegations on him 488a. he is having son of 6 years living with his wife since birth. brother and his wife livn seperated since last 6.5 years. now in chennai courts, his wife expressed her interest to come back, altho' she also threatnd my brother that she will take revenge and said ill words to our whole family. my brother also said that he can live with his wife. now court pass orders to my kartikay that he will take his wife back on 15 sep. now u al help us:

1. would it be safer to take wife back after 6.5 years, after so many alegations, 498a.

2. as per your daily experiences, wats the chances that couple will live peaceful life

3. if my brother denied to take her back, his AB would b rejected, so suggest how can we get rid of her.

4. can we ask the hon'bl court to forward the ask to mediator cell?

in case your brother is supposed to live separately with his wife and son, there may not be much of a problem. denial of compromise does not necessarily result in denial of anticipatory bail. you may ask the judge to forward the case to mediation cell.

1) it entirely depends on your brother whether to accept his wife or not.

2) My experience says 50-50 are the chances for both to settle after 6 years.

3) AB will not be rejected.

4) Yes you can ask the court to send the matter for mediation.
