Legal Question in Family Law in India
My friend booked in 498 A and DVC also running in DVC court order to pay 1000/- per month for his wife again they appeal its running in court. Again his wife claiming for maintenance to her and 5 yrs son (for study,food etc). His wife not having any proof of his buiness he prooved himself as labourer. Now they are asking 10,000/- per month for both of them. Due to no proof with her and already prooved as labourer how much amount will be sactiond by court in Hyderabad city. (His family business is running on his brothers name. He told that he is working in that as labour).
