My friend married under HMA in 2008
Her husband and inlaws tortured her.So she is into a depression and now with her parents.Because of this,she is unable to do a job also,as she has lost all confidence.
She wants to file Domestic Violence Case against them.But her parents taunt her daily that you are living in our house.They don't support her idea of going to a lawyer to file this case.What can she do now?On one hand she wants justice,on the other hand her parents don't want to support her if she visits a lawyer.
Can she take lawyer's help even if her parents don't support her?
Even if she goes alone,if her lawyer comes to know her parents don't support her,will he take her case?He may say problem is in family.So the husband and inlaws do not like the girl.
