Legal Question in Family Law in India

My friend got married 5 months back. Her husband and in-laws are harassing her. Now her husband left her in Bangalore and escaped to his native (in Andhra pradesh) with all household items purchased by my friend & her ornaments . How can she legally proceed here? Please suggest
