Legal Question in Family Law in India
My friend was married and his wife left him after a week, got married to someone else and has a baby as well. She is however threatening my friend and stopping him from getting married further by hiring supari killers/rowdies.
Also my friend does not know where his wife resides, as she is living in an unknown place, therefore he cannot send her a divorce notice to her.
He loves a girl and wants to get married to her, but without the divorce he cannot proceed.
Please advise.

he may file the divorce and send the summons at last known address of the girl.
No notice before filing the case is required. the court will send the notice at last known address. or there will be publication in local paper
You should immediately lodge a complaint of adultery with the local police against your wife's boy-friend/husband.
