Legal Question in Family Law in India

one of my friend put a diverse case on his wife but she does not attend the court for arugment she leve him for 5 years and she wont like to live with him that why she does not come to court for the arugment the judge gives 3 times of chance to her to attend the court but she does not come that why judge strike off the case but my friend wants to legal diverse with her. plz give a good advise . he wants diverse legal is there any source plz tell me. wht will happen to him?

Your friend would get legal exparte divorce. So relax.

the judge may proceed ex parte and the boy has to tender ex parte evidence to prove his case and get divorce.
