Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi, my friend's husband has deserted her & filed divorce...she wants to save the marriage...getting different opinions from different people..is it better to file for residence orders in shared household or an RCR ....is it necessary that RCR results in divorce if decree is in the other party's favor? also if she doesn't want to go in for litigation is there any other way out like filing any civil complaint in Women crime cell , husband's family refusing for any mediation being done between family members..

she may file a complaint under DV act and seek residence orders in the shared household. once she starts staying with her husband and also gets protection of courts, she may soften her stand and mingle with the family for her better future.

You may write complete facts, detailed in chronological order right from the time she started knowing the boy onwards, by e-mail. Your statement is not enough for an appropriate opinion to save marriage.
