My friends husband filed a divorce case against her, and she has neglected for that because she is having a girl child about 7 years. while case is going on she's husband failed to attend the court continuously so, the case has been dismissed. after that she found that his husband has already married another girl and they have one child about 1 year. so she made a bigamy complaint about him and he was arrested by the police and the bigamy case is going on...
Now after two years he reopens the divorce case which dismissed ealier. and send her the notice to appeare before the court.
What she can do ?, is it reasonable to reopen the case, and how the bigamy case follows ?

it is ok to open the divorce case and his opening the case further strengthens the bigamy case.
She has to contest the Divorce case. Bigamy is different case and it is a ground for her to get divorce from her husband.
why she is living without him for 7 yrs. why is she not giving him company as a wife.
he has right to do so . Now you just defend yourself
a case dismiss for default can be reopened. she needs to defend the divorce case.
