My friend's wife married a man first. Then she got a null and void certificate in court from her first husband and she got some bulk amount from him. After that, she married my friend and she hides her first marriage from my friend. She filed false dowry harassment and domestic violence cases also against my friend and his family.
My friend filed a divorce case before the false cases were given by his wife. Now my friend filed a police case against her and her family to suppress the first marriage to him and his family. These all cases are going on in court.
She has filed a maintenance and inter maintenance cases against my friend. Is it possible to get maintenance from my friend?
