custody of child : the wife and husband living seperetly and the boy 9 years old along with her mother and the mother doing job and the boy was not propery care,the father wanted custody of child it is possible

if the child is in a sound mind to get his consent recorded, the courts may give preference to his wishes.

you can try but you have to show how it is not in teh welfare of teh child tolive with teh mother

Fair chances of your getting custody. Only problem is that the child is capable of forming opinion, which could be not in your favour. The court is also to consider his desire.
