Gd afternoon sir, i and my husband resided in Bangalore, now we are separated not divorced yet, my intention is to rejoin , he had taken my jewels and had fletched in jewelery shop in banglore , now im in Chennai, i dint have the receipt but i had got the proof in written submitted by the pawn broker and the local sub inspector that my jewels are still therein with pawn shop, i just need the direction to get my jewels back from , were it should be applied Chennai or banglore and under what act?

as the jewelery shop is in Bangalore, it is advisable to file the case in B'lore for recovery of your jewelery.
Pay the money to Pawn Broker and get the jewellery back from him.You dont have to apply anything anywhere if you are intending to rejoin your husband.
