Legal Question in Family Law in India

General- I was seeing a girl since 2003. She got married in 2005. but came back due to rough handling. Meanwhile when she came home i wrote her letters of CONCERN and with indecent language(love language). she went back to her inlawsin 2006 but again came in 2007. Now her husband filed a case of divorce in 2010.

I got into ARMY in 2009, and married in NOV 2011.

Now a few days back i got a calll from her husbands friend who CLAIMS to an Air force Officer, he said that the husband is telling to file a case of ADULTERY against me.

I didnt meet the girl after her marrriage till date but had been in contact(PHONE) OCCASIONALLY. Please tell me is this case eligible for ADULTERY? Do i come under IPC or Army Act?

mere writing letters does not constitute adultery in case she was not living with you. even if you are impleaded as a co respondent in an adultery case, defend it.
