Legal Question in Family Law in India

I�m a girl aging 30 years. I love with a person who is 44 years oldHis name is Naveen. & his divorce case is running from last 5 years. We meet each other four years back. Court is taking time in decision. Apart from Divorce there was a jewellery & car case . She had taken Navin�s car & jewelley before leaving home.Then she put divorce case upon him. Laterly she lost both cases & she had returned his Car & jewellery .Both of our families are agreed for our relation.But Navin Family want that we will marry after his divorce. As four years have already finished & we both are going old for our future planning�s. We both want to marry immediately. Is there any way that we will marry each other without waiting for divorce.

It is advisable to get marry after the Divorce as your marriage during the subsistence of 1st marriage is null and void and you would not be getting the legal status.

dear client....

without divorce ur marriage shall be invalid ... so he need to get divorce and then remarry

ask ur lawyer to pursue the case fast.
