Legal Question in Family Law in India

..i have a girl baby and my husband has expired..i have married to another man..will he has to follow any adoption rules to adopt my baby which is 6 years old now..i am recently married..how he can adopt..i dont reside my ex-husband parents..as they have not keep me..and ask me to go..i dint have been in contact with them(old husband relatives) for the last year...

your girl can use the name of your husband as her father. as you both are married, there is no need for adoption. she will always remain your daughter and due to marriage, became the daughter of your husband as well. you may let your present husband s name appear in all her papers. does your husband have any children?
