Girl child custody
I have got divorced recently,my daughter is 11 and is currently staying with her mother,we had a good relationship,but some how we got divorced because of undue influence of others around,now that i am divorced and my ex wife is having my daughter with her but i am not being allowed to meet her or talk to her what can i do i stay in india,her house is 1000km away

you can file case for custody and also seek visitation rigths

You can file an application in the court wwhich granted the divorce, for visitation rights over your daaughter.

you can file a petition in lieu to your divorce regarding the visitation rights

You being father and natural guardian of the daughter have legal right to visit and meet your daughter and for that you obtain order from the court where your daughter is residing

You may claim custody of child.After all you are a natural guardian of the child but custody case has to be filed at a place where the child is presently residing.In case of need you may contact me.Professional charges are applicable.
